SleekTech workflows
Property paperwork, without the paper.

The problem
Tenancy applications, inspections and hand-back reports originate with different people and have different approval rules. Inspectors also need to start and finish reports offline, including photographs that may later support a property decision.
The office's decision to approve an application must remain distinct from whether an external system happened to accept the update at that moment.
The solution
The integration uses configurable forms, cached property records and an offline outbox to capture field work. It maps submissions into the existing SleekTech workflow, with staff review for applications and direct synchronisation for the appropriate report types.
Approval and delivery are tracked separately, so an external failure does not undo a reviewer's decision. Photographs, generated reports and an audit trail keep the submitted evidence connected to the record sent to the office.
The decisions behind it
- A decision is not a delivery receipt
- Approving a submission is a business action. Sending it to SleekTech is an integration action that may need another attempt.
- Evidence travels with the report
- Photos and written observations must remain attached to the correct property and inspection, including when capture and upload happen at different times.
- Applications with staff approval
- Offline inspections and photographs
- Queued delivery into SleekTech
