The problem
Antwerk is a public business event with several audiences moving through the same journey: visitors need to discover the show and register, exhibitors need clear event information, and organisers need the programme and attendee communication to remain current as the event changes.
Treating the website, registrations and event-day information as separate tasks would create repeated updates and competing versions of the event. The platform therefore has to support the public experience and the organiser's operational work together.
The solution
The Zoho Backstage implementation gives Antwerk one managed event platform for the public event site, visitor registration, programme and attendee communication. The same event structure supports what visitors see before the show and what organisers maintain behind it.
This turns registration into part of the event workflow instead of an isolated form, while keeping the programme and practical information in the platform used to operate the show.
