The problem
Areivim UK needs the public website, enquiries, forms, member records and internal follow-up to move through one organisation instead of isolated channels. Alongside daily administration, it also needs to reason about how changing membership cohorts and benefit commitments affect future funding.
That planning question cannot be reduced to one average: cohorts age, support can continue for years, and a one-off commitment behaves differently from a monthly payment. Assumptions have to remain visible rather than becoming an unexplained policy claim.
The solution
The project connects public pages and forms to Zoho-based membership workflows, creating one route from initial contact through administration and communication. The same wider system includes an interactive planning model for evaluating possible contribution and benefit structures.
A shared calculation engine projects cohorts and compares benefit commitments, continuing support, collection allowances and contribution levels. Simple controls open the discussion while advanced settings expose assumptions; the model is labelled exploratory rather than presented as a guarantee.
The decisions behind it
- Commitments versus cash over time
- A wedding-fund commitment and recurring child support enter the model differently. Combining them without explaining timing would make a simple total misleading.
- Changing cohorts
- Membership ages and eligibility change over the projection. The model tracks those changes rather than applying one fixed claim rate to an unchanged population.

- Adjustable benefits and contributions remain assumptions under discussion, with model limits visible alongside the charts.
