Automation

The problem
Areivim UK's work spans membership administration and a more difficult planning question: how different benefit arrangements affect contributions over time. Member cohorts age, support can continue for several years, and a one-off commitment behaves differently from a monthly payment.
A single average figure would conceal those assumptions. The model needed to let users explore alternatives without presenting an experimental scenario as an agreed policy or a guarantee of sustainability.
The solution
The project combines Zoho membership automation with a public website, forms and an interactive funding model. A shared calculation engine projects membership cohorts and compares benefit commitments, continuing support, collection allowances and a selected contribution level.
Simple controls make the main scenarios accessible, while advanced settings expose their assumptions. The presentation distinguishes commitments from payments over time and labels the projection as exploratory. It supports a funding discussion rather than claiming to predict individual cases or unusually costly years.
The decisions behind it
- Commitments versus cash over time
- A wedding-fund commitment and recurring child support enter the model differently. Combining them without explaining timing would make a simple total misleading.
- Changing cohorts
- Membership ages and eligibility change over the projection. The model tracks those changes rather than applying one fixed claim rate to an unchanged population.
- A scenario is not a promise
- Adjustable benefits and contributions remain assumptions under discussion, with model limits visible alongside the charts.
- Zoho business process automation
- Connected membership and contact forms
- Public website and interactive funding scenarios
