The problem
Accounting, stock administration and email each support a different part of Kantoor Express's daily work. A move to a new software environment has to account for those relationships as well as the individual applications.
The email migration adds a separate continuity requirement: moving away from cPanel hosting must be planned alongside access to the mailboxes people use to communicate with customers and suppliers.
The solution
The project brings Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory into the finance and stock operation, together with migration of business email from cPanel to Zoho Mail.
The scope treats accounting, inventory and communication as parts of the same business transition, bringing the operational systems and the team's email environment into Zoho.
