The problem
Kashrut production supervision is a complete field operation: schedule productions, assign crews, calculate travel and shifts, prepare the right supplies, record expenses, pay workers and preserve a traceable public reference for completed work. Managing each part separately causes the production plan, vehicle and payroll to diverge.
The rules are connected. Product, preparation, quantity, crew size, duration and site equipment change the packing list, while working hours, overtime, night work, travel direction and calendar exceptions change pay.
The solution
The platform connects production planning, crew scheduling, shifts, packing, expenses, pay and serial-number traceability around one production record. Operational changes flow into the preparations and financial calculations that depend on them.
Packing lists are derived from production items, supply rules, crew provisions and location equipment. Shift calculations combine rates, overtime, travel and supplements with historical snapshots, while label ranges expose only controlled public details through serial-number lookup.
