The problem
A tenancy connects people, a property, documents, maintenance and money over an extended lifecycle. For a platform used by several agencies, those relationships must also remain inside the correct agency's records. External providers add another layer of communication and integration work.
The solution
The platform in development organises CRM, properties, tenancies, maintenance and client-money workflows into connected modules. Agency-scoped database rules form the separation between customers of the platform, with an audit trail for operational changes.
Provider adapters create a structure for messaging and external services without embedding a single supplier throughout the application. The platform and its integrations remain in development.
