The problem
A live fundraising event is both an administrative system and a public experience. Staff need to capture and approve pledges, manage donors, sponsors and recognition, while projectors and audience devices must show one timely story of the campaign without exposing private working information.
Pledges can arrive in several currencies and cross recognition thresholds. A room of screens creates a different load from the staff desk, so totals and celebrations need to remain consistent without recalculating the event separately for every viewer.
The solution
Nedarim gives the event team one platform for pledge entry, review, multi-currency totals, sponsors and public recognition. Original amounts remain alongside their event-currency values, approval controls publication and public queries omit contact details and internal review notes.
Updated figures are computed once per change and distributed to connected displays with deliberate reconnection behaviour. Staff entry, sponsor content and audience moments stay coordinated. The recorded amounts are pledges, distinct from payment collection.
