The problem
Construction teams often run the real project through WhatsApp: client decisions, site instructions, delivery slips, progress photographs, voice notes and tasks arrive in fast-moving conversations across several jobs. The information exists, but it is not an organised project record the business can reliably search, assign or hand over.
Turning that communication into an operating workspace requires understanding every media type, identifying the right project and document context, creating useful tasks and knowledge, and still respecting who is allowed to see each job.
The solution
SiteWire turns company WhatsApp into a project-intelligence workspace. It captures messages, documents, photographs and voice notes, extracts their contents, classifies them by job and document type and connects them to project search, tasks, people and internal discussion.
Access remains bounded by project permissions and internal chat stays separate from mirrored client conversations. Human corrections take precedence over later automatic filing, so the system learns around the team's operational record instead of continually overwriting it.
