The problem
Drawing a distance around an address is not enough to understand a tchum Shabbos boundary. Building connections, town geometry, measurement choices and incomplete map data all affect the outline that needs to be reviewed.
The solution
Tchum Shabbos brings mapped building footprints into an interactive planner. Users can inspect the evidence, review inclusion decisions, compare measurement scenarios and export provisional outlines with their assumptions.
Source-linked methodology and visible data limitations keep the drawing reviewable. The project remains in development: its output supports discussion with a rav and does not determine whether a journey is permitted.
